that picture just warms my heart. that vagina on his side could have been caused by a slug or even a shot that fucked him sideways. according to the news, he started to walk towards the police on a "final stand" kind of moment until he ran out of ammo, in which case they fucked him up.  |

As others have noted, the wound is far to clean for any unintentional trauma, also it is in the textbook location for a thoracotomy.
