This guy really was a total freak. And he was able to carry out his crimes for so long simply because he was a 'Party Member.' Being a party member or (card carrying communist, lol) was his proof of sanity until he was basically caught in the act. Truly a sadistic man. Great post Rancid.

Death, which in Russia at the time meant being taken immediately outside behind the courthouse and having a pistol shot behind each ear. Sometimes, although we make fun of them, Russians get it right.

Thanks, my Leper Friend (hehe, I mean it) for explaining what I cannot...I never have, or will, make fun of Russia, I always knew they were hardcore anyways! Google "Spetnez", or something like that- it's the Russian military's equivalent to the U.S. Navy Seals, only tougher since their requirements/training methods are banned in the U.S.!  |
