Re: Kobe Bryant Autopsy Report
To answer your question: The post has a few "5 dollar words" in the reports but It is pretty much clear; In short His skull got flattened looks like they were only able to identify two organs the rest were pieces of organs. and after he was dead 30% of his body was burned. Its as if he was put in a blender then set on fire.

Re: Kobe Bryant Autopsy Report
Dang. Both Kobe's legs were amputated plus his right arm? So basically his basketball tools. Were his feet additionally torn from his legs and found in his shoes? I'm usually just fascinated by autopsy reports, but my bf is a big fan. He cried for weeks when Kobe died and he's not a crier. Thanks for posting. It's probably the most interesting report since that baseball player got drunk and wrecked his boat. Not interesting because they're athletes. Interesting because people make sure to publish all the details on those. I hope Vanessa Bryant is never curious about these. I remember being obsessed to find out all I could about my significant other's death. I'm thankful I never saw his autopsy report. I don't have children, but I imagine that could drive a mother into the ocean. |

Re: Kobe Bryant Autopsy Report
Wasn't Kobe sitting up front in the co-pilot's seat? That would explain his injuries if the helicopter hit the mountain straight-on and the cockpit area collapsed from the nose inward. He was a tall guy, so the ceiling deforming inward and down would have done a number on his head and upper chest area, and being on the right side would explain why his right arm was sheared off into two pieces whereas his left arm was mostly intact. I'd be interested in seeing the pilot's autopsy report. The were about 20 feet from clearing the top of the hill. They were in a Sikorsky 76 variant, which has an intial climb rate of 1,350 feet per minute, or 22.5 feet per second. |

Damn, it's still heartbreaking regardless but I thought Gianna would have been more torn up than that. I bet one of them attempted to use their bodies as a shield to protect her when they realized what was happening.

Re: Kobe Bryant Autopsy Report
Poor Gigi was sitting up front with the pilot. They were both ejected, which is why they escaped the fire for the most part. Kobe was sitting in the back, and is visible in much of the news footage among the tan leather seats south of the main wreckage. the rest were most likely almost cremated or skeletonized since they were in the main wreckage - which burned for hours. things get even sadder when you realize what was fueling much of the white smoke from the main wreckage |
