Carrying one baby is bad enough, I can't begin to imagine how uncomfortable 4 is.
however when a woman is pregnant with multiples, the individual babies are a lot smaller (sometimes dangerously so).

appreciated, but with extra fluid and extra movements, it's bound to be far different than carrying only one.
