Re: X-Ray Image of a Corset (1908)
Your right. I know exactly what you’re saying..................... I agree, if you observe all the high, high heels, the hairdressing, waxing, the push up bras, nips, tucks, cosmetic surgery, the makeup, the diets, the 1001 other things, especially women seem to do under the heading of fashion and beauty and acceptance. And if that’s what they enjoy. Then that’s great. Women in most countries of the world [not all but most] I think we have more choices now As for me well maybe not so much. I work in high Vis uniform, working boots, no makeup, short nails, covered in dirt and concrete dust in a male dominated field. It’s my personality also and I’m comfortable. So although 100% hetro. Because of my appearance I get labelled something else entirely. Main focus on fitness, not fashion. Don’t get me wrong, you can still look sexy and female and not be in possession of a corset.Example Danielle Bancroft, process worker at FMG Iron Ore in the Pilbara, Women in Resources 2012 Peoples Choice Winner |

Re: X-Ray Image of a Corset (1908)
And you could go on for a hundred of years, say they didn't enjoy that silicone-implant while they were walking on cobblestone? What then? Would anyone say no?? NO. Jesus christ, that standard is still being implemented, to this day and thouroughly. I'm in many instances ashamed to be a man. In the case of Rosa Parks it was something else, people (and I say people) demanding rights. Where does one qualify with this sort of complacement? |
