Plus all of the organs are squished and displaced. I understand women wearing those horrid contraptions would often collapse from diminished oxygen intake and intense pain.  Not to mention many wore corsets during pregnancy.  What people do to themselves in the search to be "perfect" and the so-called "ideal beauty".  |
