Re: Woman Hit By Teen’s Flying Body Parts Sues Teen’s Family
I am way too high to read some of these statements. My keyboard feels like it's made of gumdrops. Anyways, yeah, it's bullshit she got hit, it sucks, but don't sue over it lady. That never ends well. People don't like that in this society. |

Re: Woman Hit By Teen’s Flying Body Parts Sues Teen’s Family
The only one truly responsible is the young man who stood on the tracks like a moron. And since he is under age then his family takes the hit according to standard tort laws. And it wasn't trivial. She was knocked down and traumatized with broken bones. Would you stand and let that happen to you for a few bucks? I think I will pass.

Re: Woman Hit By Teen’s Flying Body Parts Sues Teen’s Family
The train company is to blame for doing it's job and having a train on the tracks? It's not the train companies fault that someone stepped in front of one of their trains. This is nothing more than bad luck and being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Fate if you will. The kid died, the woman will recover. She does not deserve 'compensation' for bad luck and bad timing. Sue the fates. Actions and consequence...the kids family aren't to blame. The kid paid the price for his lack of thought. Why should anyone have to 'pay' money to anyone. That's sick in my opinion. |
