Thats ok. it is happening all over the world. we just have it tougher but i hope i survive. ive been alone in my room for more than a month now.

I try to imagine what it's like for some of my friends. Especially ones I don't talk to anymore, but that I miss. Of all the members on the site that I've noticed, you and that girl Ghostdoll are the closest to my exgirlfriend in Tokyo, so I like to read your stories. If you live in Manilla, and her in Hong Kong she's about a hundred km's closer, but she mostly just says "I'm bored", so I like your stories better, even though they're more sad.
All I've really learned though, is how different it is for everyone. I don't even think Japan locked down at all, and the only thing I've noticed different personally is that bullshit red bar at the top of some websites--fucking taking up 1" of my already pitiful 13" screen. I'm thinking about organizing an anti-red bar protest, and issuing some sanctions!

Indians have already found the cure of CORONAVIRUS. Indians were told to come out in their balconies on 22nd march and bang their utensils and clap so as to kill coronoavirus. Video is an interview of a Member of Parliament of India, under Prime Minister Modi. For those who can't understand Hindi, he says that Modi is an incarnation of God. And he agrees with PM Modi's theory that banging utensils create a vibration that kills coronavirus.

I didn't really wanna get up and go to my kitchen, so I just opened my window and jangled my keys for a few seconds--above my head of course, so the COVIDS could all hear them. It's been 45 minutes, and not a single COVID has stirred near my house.
This is amazing, usually the COVIDS are as thick as thieves, cutting across my driveway to get the creek whenever they get thirsty from frightening people.

everybody is having their own version of covid difficulty. countries like mine is having it tougher. not just because of the virus.

Government people in the lower places are getting their own cuts off the food and monetary aid the president ordered to be released to the people. corruption at its finest.

People in the government are giving priorities to their friends and relatives when they arent even affected financially by the covid and their business like stores and restaurants and groceries are still open, getting income. now you can find most of the food packs being sold in those stores at twice the price.

most companies do not really give allowances to their displaced people, not giving cash advances to sustain themselves during the crisis. No food assistance. media is saying different from actual happening.

So the people have two options... stay indoors and starve or risk the virus, go out and find ways to earn money for food. many actually says they have better chances surviving the virus if they eat regularly and stay healthy..... than starving and destroying your health.

and so the virus spreads on. its not going to stop unless the president imprisons all lower govt officials and take on the distribution of assistance with his very own task force.

I hope you choose to eat and stay healthy for sure. And to try not to stress the virus too much, stress makes our bodies pull energy away from our immune systems, because it thinks there are more immediate tasks at hand--danger and what not.

I was looking at your guys' numbers, and comparing them to my country, Canada's, numbers, and it's actually pretty crazy. Interesting, and maybe too, it would make you feel better about being in the Philippines. Your country has roughly 107 million people in it, mine only 38 million. Yet even with such a population you guys have only 558 Korky deaths--and like everywhere else, almost all of these will be people over 80 years old. (I personally, would usually insert some snarky remark here about how these people would be dead Covid or not, but I will refrain from doing so)
But here comes the interesting, and hopefully soothing part, even though we have far less than half of your population, Canada has over 5 times as many Korky deaths as the Philippines, 2859 (again, insert snarky possibly curse laden comment).

I suppose I've been so busy perusing the figures and statistics of other countries that just now was the first time I've checked my own. Ha!
Imagine that though, I'd love to hear them try to explain that away, a super-frightening contagion that supposedly starts in Asia, tears through a densely populated group of tropical Islands in Asia, kills less than 600 people, then it meanders across the planet to a country where there are as many fire hydrants and Grizzly Bears as there are people, a country that I am currently in wearing thermal socks in a room with the heat on, and a country where hotels made out of ice are only now beginning to melt, and it kills almost 3000 people.
I started this out trying to point out how the Philippines may not be so bad, but now I'm wondering if that place isn't some magical otherworldly paradise. Recently, after becoming perplexed over whether people in your country know what horses are, I described them to you as being giant, flat toothed dogs with the feet of a pig, but now I realize you may be more familiar with Unicorns than any of these others.

So, horses are just hornless Unicorns.

Because that would be extremely wrong. What you are seeing is the absolute pinnacle of most hospitable, and welcoming conditions for a frightening virus to lay its spiny little screaming eggs into our ice caked beards.
