Shooter thought he would take Trump out. Instead he's guaranteed Trump's reelection by making him seem like a badass. I don't like Trump but he took that like a fucking boss. The contrast with Biden couldn't be starker; one fumbles on the debate stage like a moron and the other survives being shot in the head.

I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

But a big yikes for the election! This might all but GUARANTEE reelection for Trump. So unfortunate for America!

Regarding the violence, you know, I wonder if there would have been widespread condemnation if Hitler was killed before he became infamous..? Not comparing the two, mind you, but some feel Trump is as evil as Hitler in MAGA ideology (ie white supremacy, etc). Again, I’m not speaking politics, because I’m not American and could care less about your violent chickens coming home to roost.

The dude was president once and had a modestly right-wing, Republican agenda. Who actually believes this shit about him being Hitler when he's already been in power and the media said the same shit for four years? How does anyone STILL fall for this in 2024?
