Just like the Trayvon Martin case, many people are too quick to jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts. I've been doing research on the case and how the media has betrayed it. There has been a rush to judgement, I believe, on many.

Well at least it's similar if you change the races of the victim and shooter around. . Nobody would know who Travon or Brown are.

Attorney Parks twists Baden's Autopsy Report
The Brown's have a couple of attornies working for them now. Parks held a news conference titled on NBCNews.com as "What else is needed to charge Wilson with Murder?". He claims that the autopsy proves that Brown was shot from behind and that the fatal shot to the head was while he was kneeling.

Baden was with him & you can tell he is uncomfortable with the statements being made as his report also states that any of the wounds could have come from Brown being in a forward facing position. Leaving the possibility that Brown was charging the officer when shot.

More of the same old race baiting that the media has done throughout this episode, Why even have this news conference when even Baden says they have not yet finished the full examination? I am surprised and disappointed that Baden has allowed himself to be used in this manner.

I would agree with you if the video was old. But it was minutes before the shooting.

The video is just as prejudicial as anything this guy said if not more so, the reason should be obvious even to you, it's all about building justification, "ah they shot and killed another shop-lifting thug, he had it coming, my world makes sense again...bad guy dead, pass the chicken wings"

I think in any case a person's character and activity should be released. I didn't say used against them, just released. If we are going to be told the story of this man, we deserve to hear the real story.
I thought the same in the Trayvon case. It was known he was violent, and was found to have had tools for break ins and stolen property in his procession. Many thought that should of never been released.

There might now have been rioting if Brown's accomplice hadn't lied about the situation.
He said they weren't doing anything, they were just walking, and that the cop pulled up, choked Brown, and then shot him when he tried to pull free of the choke... then the truth came out.

They were fleeing from an assault/robbery and(from the most current witness accounts) Brown struggled with and attempted to disarm Officer Wilson as he was being apprehended - which led to the first shot being fired.
After that Brown ran, taunted the officer, and then charged him - that's when the officer fired the last 5 shots.

I don't have a side, i'm just going by the reports. It seems like you're invested in this being a hate crime and only commenting on things that steer the story in that way, like:

And this is how it works... Convict them in the court of public opinion. Maybe they should start digging through the cops back growing too, eh? Fair is fair , right?
