When I from 29 until 31 old half of my hair going to grey and I have many small or bigger wrinkles sometimes every week one more, because I have a lot of problems and extreme stress in my private life

It certainly can engulf you if you don't have a healthy outlet ; I.e exercise and healthy activities aside from say, drinking alcohol and the like .

Some start to become normalized in Thier misery .. It's a dangerous place ..

I absolutely not drink alcohol and I'm not using drugs
I drank alcohol only occasionally in the past, a few beers sometimes
My suddenly and fast formed grey hair and the wrinkles cause the lot of stress
I need every day to weightlift seriously in a gym or made push ups (usually I did total 600-800 push up every second day) going to running, or punching a box bag to discharge my anger caused my malicious enemies day after day for long years

I was running for years , started to rattle my bones a bit ,, I ride a bike 100 + miles a week ,
Roads courses are mighty challenging ,, but make you feel alive ..

My ro*ta*torcuff 's are shot to hell from literally had ndreds of thousands maybe even in the millions of push ups over the years ,, no more for me ..

I'd still like to be able to walk and move in my older years
