Nobody in America wants to go to war with Russia. It's already been established, mutual assured destruction. Not just America and Russia, but all of Europe as well. In fact strategically if Russia wanted to go to war with America they would most certainly start by taking Europe. But I doubt Russia could even manage to do that.

But it's rather pointless to debate a Russian American war. It's never going to happen. And if it were too, well we're all losers.

If the sanctions aren't effecting Russia, why are they hurting more economically than before the sanctions?

Sanctions are hurting them now. Like I said, at the beginning. Russia has more natural reserves than US or almost any country in the world. They will come on top with this sanctions.

I never said the sanctions would effect Russia forever, I've always said it's only temporary if they are sustained long-term. I didn't ask if you were Russian because you didn't agree with me, I wanted a perspective of an actual native Russian.

The tiny country of UAE has larger oil reserves than Russia, that's no measure of prosperity.
