Re: PETA Slaughters Kittens/puppies
As much as I hate PETA, this is hypocritical bullshit. The same people who get pissed when PETA humanely kills animals don't give a shit when factory farms and testing facilities torture them until death. Why is there so much outcry and indignation over PETA doing this but nothing on the same level for the worse things that happen every day through corporate agriculture and research facilities?

Re: PETA Slaughters Kittens/puppies
Yes they do. That's *why* people donate to PETA in the first place- That's why movies have to include foot notes reassuring watchers that no animals were harmed, and soap companies add oaths on each product swearing that they don't use animal testing- or they face an angry public outcry for animal cruelty. Where did you get your assumptions |

Re: PETA Slaughters Kittens/puppies
I have no issues against hunting provided you actually use what you kill and don't leave a bunch of wounded animals to die in slow agony in the wilderness because you can't be bothered to track them down if your first hit isn't fatal. Animals eat other animals- it always has and always will be this way. PETA can kiss my ass |

Re: PETA Slaughters Kittens/puppies
I saw an ad on facebook about a shelter offering any animals they had left free after Sandy hit or the animals would be put down. Apparently, it happens everywhere. There are more animals than demand for them sometimes. I don't know the answer. |
