Once again, mental illness and not the gun. The gun is merely a tool, not the root of any evil. And, yet again, an enraged Leftist.

That said, that is a AR pistol because that is a rubber brace and not a stock. That should just show you how ludicrous the Gun Laws are. Get rid of them and let us have whatever we want, because we'll find ways around whatever new laws you create, just like most of the current tens of thousands of gun laws on the books are useless. Plus, guys like this obviously didn't obey the law about not murdering people, what makes you think he'd obey the law about guns? If he hadn't legally bought one, he would have gotten one another way just like every criminal and the many mass shooters who had stolen, borrowed, or also LEGALLY purchased the firearm in accordance with your current laws. So, the ones you have now constantly prove ineffective in these situations and making more laws won't make them any more effective to those determined to do harm.

Learn to defend yourself, that's all I can suggest and get with the program that you can't snap your fingers and make the "evil bad mean black guns" go away and you can never stop people like this from killing others. You can only be prepared yourself and kill them when they start.
