May 27, 2022 - The video, one of two obtained by the Orlando Sentinel through a public records request, helped lead to 42-year-old S.B.'s arrest on second-degree murder charges in the death of her boyfriend, J.T. Jr.

S.B. ended up going to sleep the night of Feb. 23 and left Torres inside the suitcase, authorities allege. When she awoke the next day, she found him dead.

She initially told Orange County sheriff’s investigators she and J.T., 42, had been drinking and playing hide-and-seek in their apartment near Aloma and North Palmetto avenues in the Goldenrod area.

But her story fell apart when detectives found the videos on her phone.

The videos and investigative documents were released by the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office in response to a public records request. In the videos, which the Orlando Sentinel is not publishing because they are disturbing, J.T. repeatedly yelled S.B.’s name and told her he couldn’t breathe while trapped inside the blue suitcase on their living room floor.

The first video lasts about two minutes and was taken at 11:12 p.m. Feb. 23, according to law enforcement documents.

“I can’t [expletive] breathe. Seriously," he pleaded.

“Yeah, that’s what you do when you choke me,” she replied.


The Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office released two videos filmed by S.B. which showed her laughing and taunting her boyfriend J.T. Jr. who was stuck inside a suitcase. She later said she fell asleep and found him dead inside. She's facing a second-degree murder charge.
Throughout the video, the suitcase wobbles as J.T. attempts to get out and S.B. films from a few feet away.

“That’s on you. Oh, that’s what I feel like when you cheat on me,” she said, after J.T. again said he couldn’t breathe. “You should probably shut the [expletive] up.

When she called 911 the next morning, Sarah B. suggests to the dispatcher that she didn’t know how J.T. died and that he could have had an aneurysm. She also claims to have gotten him out of the suitcase to perform CPR, but when medics arrive he is still in the suitcase.

The autopsy determined that J.T. died from asphyxiation, and his body was also battered. He had a black eye, and bruises and cuts on his head. His back and hands also had bruises and cuts. It was determined that he had been stuck inside the suitcase for 11 hours. He had alcohol in his system at the time of death.

If you haven’t watched the police interview video that Kel posted and have some spare time, it is shake-your-head funny. She thinks she’s going home until they tell her to stand up and turn around, even after they show her the vid I posted. She is indeed a piece of shit.
