The whole world has been scamed. It was a small group of well organised anarchists. They fire bombed cars in very specific areas at well co-ordinated times. Many were seen wearing the masks or bandanas. They came prepared with incendiary devises. They relied on mankinds utter stupidity to follow along. Assholes.
