are these type of things not in place in the states and canada? cause you hear about hockey, baseball or basketball teams' fans rioting every year or every few years

These are not true hockey fans, niether are the ones that stood around to take picture after picture to post on their FB page or Youtube. Your just as guilty as those hooligans are. So sad to see such a beautiful city with such a passion for the game get ruined by some punk ass kids. Bunch of bullshit is what it is, sad too see

Red Sox world series in 2004
Denver Super Bowl in 1999
Detroit world series in 1984
Montreal Canadien fan riots in '55 and 2010
and the LA Lakers numerous riots
I would have to say the Vancouver riots were the worse I have ever seen.
