I tend to agree. A person who is not mentally competent should not be allowed to reproduce. If you can not be counted on to care for your children then why should the state allow you the right to make babies? Even retarded people have the right to eat and shit and be happy. But there should be requirements for having children. Like not being a mental retard.

Her human rights are being violated, plenty of people who are mentally impaired have kids knowing that the odds are against them having a healthy baby but fucking judges don't stop them, what about all of these fucking scum shitting out kids every year even though they are on welfare that seems perfectly ok, but we have a judge that tells a lady she can't have sex to save her from herself right? I just don't buy that at all low IQ doesn't mean she can't love just like the next person neither does Autism prevent that either, but as I said the judge didn't mention kids.
