I revise my comment. While the bomb did not go off by the iconic ATT building downtown, it did explode next to their smaller brick building that houses all the hardware and equipment to maintain communication services.

On google maps, this building is called "Bell South"

This woke me up. I live about 10 miles from this and pass there everyday. I also live near the airport. It sounded like a plane puttint it in reverse to slow down but it didnt last as long. It was a rumble that shook the house and stopped abruptly. Ive been woken up before from this sound from planes and always thought how bad it would be if one day it was an explosion but I was thinking more of a plane crash. Ugh now its messed me up and I wake up quick every time I hear the planes rumble.
