Punishment should begin with the parents (?) This is a perfect example of supporting the stupid. If this country would stop supporting non working deadbeats and give the support to handicapped only, there would be a marked drop in crime. (Although then they would break the legs of their children to be reinstated)

Where did it say the parents knew about it? Where did it say they weren't working? Where did it say they were getting government benefits?
