Italian Police have two Gallardo since 2004, they were donated by Lamborghini itself: they are equipped with special containers for transporting organs and plasma, a defibrillator, one of the earliest Elsag ALPR light bar and other stuff.
There's to say that italian Police use also more supercars (which were seized to organized crime) in special operations.



In 2009 one of them crashed on some parked cars while avoiding another car who has crossed the road illegally (it was fully insured) and afaik it took more than one year to be repaired (by Lambo itself).


In 2005 and 2006 Lamborghini London lent two Yellow L140 Gallardos to the Metropolitan Police in London


Also Panama Police since 2010 use a Lambo Gallardo which was seized from Colombian boss David Murcia Guzman

When they seize the cars from drug lords, it makes me laugh. I mean, talk about the final laugh.

For a second I thought it may have been this car the Dubai Police auctioned off last year.... It was a $1.6M Ferrari Enzo. They seem to get a lot of fancy cars to sell off

better invest in a chopper instead of creating dangerous situations in these high speed chases often followed by crashes.

I saw a white Lambo today cruising through Clapham Junction here in London, it was gorgeous!!!
