The Derek Show trial.

Regardless of this corrupt trial. Floyd died from lack of oxygen. We see in the videos he's high as fuck. We know he had enough drugs in his system for overdose.

And we know when you overdose it effects unconscious breathing. Which leads to cardiac arrest.

Point is none of us know beyond any reasonable doubt it was the cop who caused his death. Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn't.

Blm supporter on the jury. It just goes to show its not about justice. It's not about "fixing " the system or systemic racism. If it were, supporting systemic racism the other way wouldn't be supported. And unfair trials wouldn't be celebrated.

It's all about hate. One side calling the other side people who hate based on race. And the other side pointing out that's exactly what your side is doing, but because you think your side is fighting against bad people, you're somehow allowed or justified in behaving and supporting the very things you claim to be fighting against.

And it's all bullshit.

Had to chime on here. Doesn't matter if ONE jury member supports BLM. That's like saying a supporter of the ADA can't sit on a trial where a disabled person was killed.

So long as you follow the laws and guidelines for conviction, and there's no demonstrated bias, you're allowed to support
an organization. Let's also remember every jury member undergoes a background check to ensure there's no conflict.

Most importantly, one person doesn't decide the verdict. It must be a UNANIMOUS decision by all jury members.

it does matter. it impacts their impartiality. just like how a felon cant be on a jury, not because of the felony, but because they cannot be considered impartial having been thru the criminal justice system themselves.
