Re: Cleveland Police Shoot 12-Year-Old Holding BB Gun
No he doesn't. BB gun and riffle you have to be 18 and older. Hand guns 21. He was 12 years old. In a park pointing a gun at people driving by I would have shot the son of a bitch too. |

Re: Cleveland Police Shoot 12-Year-Old Holding BB Gun
I live here. It is a problem in the area. 8 other kids were arrested within 500 feet of that area for robbery with "bb guns" In the video. He was not robbing people. Just making people think they are going to be the next murder victim in that area. Its in the top 3 areas in Cleveland for murder. A 12 year old playing anything in that area is a bad idea as bad things happen often. I have a warehouse across the street. It has come as close as having a dead body in my driveway. (I didn't get pics or I would have posted them) |

He was, "Just making people think they are going to be the next murder victim in that area." I don't know if you remember playing with a toy gun as a kid, but that does involve pointing and pretending to shoot. |

Quoted by Mr Pooh I don't know if you remember playing with a toy gun as a kid, but that does involve pointing and pretending to shoot. Pretending at the age of 12??? I can see kids between 4-7 years old pretending to shoot bad guys, but a 12 year old is pushing it. I don’t know about boys, but girls stop play pretending around the age of 9. |
