That's the lost fact in all this hoopla. These people who were killed by police, were breaking the law. Not that breaking the law is a license to kill.
While these race hustlers get on TV or in front of a group and say stupid shit. Like " I tell my kids to be worried about being abused and killed by police". When they should be telling their kids to not break the law. And if they do get confronted by law enforcement, then just be respectful and calm, and do what's asked of you.
If Brown and Gardner would have done that nothing would have happened to them.

You don't point anything resembling a gun at anyone, ever.

If you do, and that person feels threatened, expect to get fucked up.

This is something that should be taught at an early age.
