I am what I consider an "armchair activist", meaning I sign all kinds of petitions online that pertain to causes dear to my heart, i.e, animal rights, etc. Over the past ten years that I've been doing it several good laws have gone into effect, mainly state ones. Just recently in PA, they have past a law making animal abuse a felony, not just a wimpy misdemeanor, this also puts them on an 'abuser' list. That is just one example. The only way to get these fuckers is where it hurts them the most, jail time and in the wallet. Got to change the laws, folks. It takes only about a half hour of my time everyday to sign these things, I have them sent to my email. Laws or not, being an animal lover and especially a cat lady, if I had seen this piece of shit in action nothing would have stopped me from ripping his black heart out with my bare hands, nada.  |

That is one way to take care of the feral cat problem. They gave him 16 years for 21 cats and you can get 15 years for 2nd degree murder in some states for. Not to mention they cut slightly under 2 years off his 16 year sentence. Does that make sense to anyone? |
