Re: Biden Pardons All Prior Federal Offenses of Simple Possession of Marijuana
That point you're trying to make is a non-starter. They can have the local pd pull them over on a simple traffic violation if they want to. You're acting as if this is some big thing. ... and I'm not saying that there aren't exceptions to the rule but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't force any local or state departments to change anything. Things are effectively the same as they have been. |

Re: Biden Pardons All Prior Federal Offenses of Simple Possession of Marijuana
Whatever THATs even supposed to mean. Pull over, NOT apprehend. If the person and their vehicle are complying with all state and federal traffic laws, law enforcement has no grounds to pull anyone over, and much less if the person is, say, riding a bike or WALKING. No YOU are trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. This is EXTREMELY simple. It doesnt matter HOW unlikely it is that anyone has EVER been charged with that statute, it was there for them to use as a pretext if need be, and now it isnt. |

Head buried in the sand I'm liberal, but even the most diehard "hate murrica" conservative Trumptard who hates the government probably creamed in their shorts when they heard the feds had less power over them. Nobody is trying to escape reality here. |

Re: Biden Pardons All Prior Federal Offenses of Simple Possession of Marijuana
Pretty clever on his part. There is no such thing as simple possession on a federal level. That's state only, it takes more to get a felony for Marijuana. So congratulations, he actually gave us a solution to a problem that never existed. He essentially just used words to get votes, without actually implementing any change
