Re: Asda Jobsworth Asks 13-yo Boy For ID To Prove He's Not 3
I had the same issue with Modern Warfare 2 in 2009. I was 19 with my beard grown out and Target refused to sell it to me without I.D. I had to go back home to get my I.D. |

Re: Asda Jobsworth Asks 13-yo Boy For ID To Prove He's Not 3
I used to work at a gas station that of course sold cigarettes. The punishment for selling tobacco products to anyone under 18 (even if you thought they were old enough) were so strict that I carded people in their 40s. It's so hard to tell someone's age sometimes. The punishments were high fines, possible jail time, losing your job. And there were groups who would send people in to try to buy cigarettes to see if we were carding. This is different though. It's pretty easy to tell the difference between a 13 year old and a 3 year old. |
