“These were not trafficked women. They’re actresses who now have the opportunity to be in screenplays. They’re actresses who are now making movies." Marc Agnifilo lawyer for Keith Raniere

Fashion designer Kate Spade left behind a note telling her daughter that she should not blame herself for her suicide, according to police sources.

The missive, discovered after the handbag maven’s body was found in her Manhattan apartment Tuesday, addresses her 13-year-old daughter Frances Beatrix Spade.

“This has nothing to do with you,” the note reads in part, according to sources. “Don’t feel guilty. Ask your dad.”

Kate Spade’s husband, Andrew, was home when the suicide was discovered, but Frances was at school, sources said.

Billionaire heiress Clare Bronfman and three other Nxivm members arrested for 'taking advantage of young women in order to enrich sex-slave cult leader Keith Raniere'

Clare Bronfman was arrested on racketeering conspiracy charges on Tuesday morning and will be indicted in a Brooklyn court on Tuesday afternoon

The heiress to the Seagram liquor fortune, 39, is accused of running a pyramid scheme in order to enrich Keith Raniere, the leader of Nxivm

It was Clare and sister Sara who helped woo Allison Mack when she considered joining Nxixm, with the two said to have put $150M into the cult over 15 years

Bronfman, 39, in the youngest daughter of Edgar Bronfman Sr, the former head of Seagram who was worth $2.4 billion at the time of his death

The woman who helped fund Nxivm and the group's leader Keith Raniere with her family fortune has been arrested and is set to be indicted on federal charges Tuesday afternoon.

Clare Bronfman, the heir to a multi-billion dollar liquor fortune, is accused of racketeering conspiracy in the new superseding indictment in the case.

That indictment also accuses Nancy Salzman, her daughter Lauren and Nxivm bookkeeper Kathy Russell of the same offenses.

Those three women were arrested in Albany and will be indicted there on Tuesday afternoon while Bronfman will appear in a Brooklyn court.

This brings the total number of members arrested to six, with leader Keith Raniere and his right-hand woman Allison Mack having already been indicted back in May.

Bronfman has hired Susan R. Necheles, one of the top white-collar attorneys in the country, to handle her case.

'Raniere and his inner circle, including the defendants Clare Bronfman, Allison Mack, Nancy Salzman, Lauren Salzman and Kathy Russell also known as "Prefect," and others known and unknown, comprised an organized criminal enterprise (the "Enterprise"), reads the new indictment.

'The principal purpose ofthe Enterprise was to obtain financial and personal benefits for the members of the Enterprise by promoting the defendant Keith Raniere, also known as "Vanguard," and by recruiting new members into the Pyramid Organizations.

'By promoting Raniere and recruiting others into the Pytu-id Organizations, the members of the Enterprise expected to receive financial opportunities and increased power and status within the Enterprise.'

Among the criminal offenses that members of this group allegedly carried out are 'identity theft, harboring of aliens for financial gain, extortion, forced labor, sex trafficking, money laundering, wire fraud and obstruction of justice.'

Bronfman is not accused of sex trafficking.

It was however Bronfman and her sister Sara who helped woo Allison Mack when she considered joining the group according to multiple sources who previously spoke with DailyMail.com.

Mack was also aggressively recruited in hopes that she would become their Tom Cruise-like figure and publicize the group much like the actor had done with Scientology.

The Bronfmans helped with this by flying Mack private, all part of the $150 million the two have allegedly put into Nxivm over the past two decades.

Bronfman, 39, in the youngest daughter of Edgar Bronfman Sr, the billionaire philanthropist who was formerly head of Seagram.

Her mother is Rita Webb, the British-born second wife of Bronfman, who would divorce and then remarry Edgar shortly after Bronfman's birth.

The couple's second divorce split the family, with the girls living in England and Kenya with their mother while their father stayed in thew United States.

They would visit him in New York City as well as his nearby home in Westchester, and even took him to a Nxivm meeting at one point.

When she was 17, Bronfman began to compete in equestrian events, something she would continue to do for a decade.

She was ranked 12th in the country and 80th in the world at her peak.

Bronfman gave it all up though for Nxivm.

'I retired from a very successful career as a professional show-jumper because I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life,' said Bronfman last year while defending Raniere.

'NXIVM is that. As I said, the programs help. I am happy, healthy and financially moe successful than I have ever been.'

She and Sara both decided to not only join Nxivm but to relocate to upstate New York so they could become involved in teaching and training new members.

Bronfman went on step further though and became involved in organizing Vanguard Week, the annual week-long celebration of Raniere's birthday brought together all of the group's members.

The sisters were able to use their connections to attract big name guests like the Dalai Lama, who visited the group and made an appearance in Albany after the Bronfmans put up a $1 million donation.

That money comes from their grandfather, who founded Bronfman's Distillers Corporation.

Samuel Bronfman was born in Imperial Russia but immigrated to Canada, where he later purchased another liquor company, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons.

He decided to change the name of the company given the success Seagram already had with their branded liquors such as Dewars and Seven Crown.

He purchased that company at the perfect time as Prohibition took effect in the United States, forcing many Americans to travel across the border to buy or consume liquor.

ALBANY — A superseding indictment unsealed Tuesday charged several top members of the secretive NXIVM organization with running a criminal enterprise that engaged in crimes including money laundering, extortion and obstruction of justice.

The criminal case against NXIVM co-founder Keith Raniere and television actress Allison Mack now includes NXIVM's president, Nancy Salzman, and her daughter Lauren, along with Clare Bronfman, the organization's operations director and an heiress of the Seagram's liquor empire. Kathy Russell, a longtime bookkeeper for NXIVM, also was indicted.

Federal agents in Albany on Tuesday morning arrested Salzman and her daughter along with Russell. Bronfman was taken into custody by federal agents in New York City. The arrests were first reported by the Times Union.

The seven-count superseding indictment charges the six defendants with identity theft, harboring of aliens for financial gain, extortion, forced labor, sex trafficking, money laundering, wire fraud and obstruction of justice.

The charges allege the defendants took part in recruiting and grooming sexual partners for Raniere and of using "harassment, coercion and abusive litigation to intimidate and attack perceived enemies and critics of Raniere."

The indictment, which describes NXIVM as having been run as a type of pyramid scheme, alleges that they encouraged "associates and others to take expensive NXIVM courses, and incur debt to do so, as a means of exerting control over them and to obtain financial benefits for the members of the enterprise."

The indictment unsealed Tuesday is a crippling blow to an organization that took shape in the Capital Region in the late 1990s. Under the direction of Raniere and Salzman, who had touted NXIVM's training curriculums as a way for participants to improve their lives, the organization quietly built a following that included actors as well as many wealthy and politically powerful people.

NXIVM also developed a reputation for aggressively pursuing critics and defectors who broke from its ranks. It also has been accused of using litigation to punish defectors who have criticized Raniere, the organization, or its training methods. NXIVM also required its employees and devotees to sign non-disclosure agreements that was used as a weapon in the litigation against some of those who defected.

One of the counts in the federal indictment unsealed Tuesday includes an allegation that NXIVM officials destroyed "videotapes of Nancy Salzman" as part of an effort to conceal evidence from use in a civil case in which NXIVM had sued Rick Ross, a cult expert. The lawsuit, filed in 2006, accused Ross of publishing -- without authorization -- protected materials from its training programs. NXIVM has denied it is a cult. Ross eventually prevailed in the litigation, which dragged on for years.

Ross had accused the corporation of hiring a New York investigative and security firm, Interfor, to conduct background checks on him, including obtaining details of his banking records, phone calls and personal relationships.

The Salzmans and Russell are scheduled to make an initial appearance before a U.S. magistrate in Albany on Tuesday afternoon. Bronfman will make her initial court appearance at 3 p.m. in Brooklyn.

The arrests are part of an investigation that led to the indictment in April of Raniere and Mack, a longtime NXIVM member and close associate of Raniere's. They are charged with sex trafficking and conspiracy for allegedly organizing a secret group within NXIVM in which some of its female members said they felt coerced into joining a slave-master club, and were later branded with a design that included the initials of Raniere and Mack.

Nancy Salzman, president of NXIVM, was revealed as a target in the probe several months ago when the Times Union first reported that FBI agents seized more than $520,000 in cash after they raided her Saratoga County residence as part of the intensifying investigation of NXIVM's business dealings.

Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn have hinted during court proceedings in Raniere's case that other arrests were imminent.

People familiar with NXIVM's inner workings said that Lauren Salzman has served as CEO of some of the businesses connected to the organization. Russell, they said, has an accounting background and has been involved with NXIVM's financial and business operations for more than 15 years.

In 2000, during a deposition in a bankruptcy proceeding, Nancy Salzman, who records indicate has been a licensed nurse in New York since 1983, described herself as a "psychotherapist," while acknowledging that it is "not an earned degree ... it's a descriptive term." She also testified that beginning in 1985 and continuing through 1992, she had taken "neurolinguistic programming courses."

The Times Union reported last October that Nancy Salzman had recruited participants who took part in unsanctioned brain-activity and other human experiment studies that were conducted by at least one doctor, Brandon Porter, associated for years with NXIVM. Porter is facing disciplinary charges from New York state for his unsanctioned experiments and did the work for both NXIVM and a non-profit set up by Bronfman, who has been a close confidante of Raniere's and Salzman's and one of the organization's biggest sources of funding.

NXIVM, headquartered in Colonie and with offices in Los Angeles, Canada and Mexico, recently suspended its operations in the wake of Raniere's arrest.

While the case has focused on the alleged sex trafficking of Raniere and Mack, the investigation also has probed the business dealings of NXIVM and allegations that large amounts of cash had been smuggled into the United States from Mexico.

In the sex trafficking charges against Raniere, the government alleged that some of the women said they felt coerced into having sex with Raniere because of the threat of having their collateral released if they tried to leave the group or failed to follow orders.

Prosecutors have not described NXIVM as a cult or raised that issue in the indictment or other court filings. But a cult expert has described the organization as an "extreme cult." Federal prosecutors have stopped short of that, but have described NXIVM as a multi-level marketing -- or pyramid -- scheme.

It's happening people,Trump is removing all the paedo cunts and Hollyweird & MSM are in fucking meltdown

Re: Allison Mack Child Sex Trafficker

The global consciousness shift is happening. The cycles of our evolution are shortening and speeding up. We are being guided to a golden age of Nirvana. The agents of destruction and confusion are sowing their most vile of seeds right now. We are the witnesses of an age of war and terror, please choose which side you are on. The time has come, if you no longer speak up and enlighten those of the terror reigning with this planet then you are either asleep awaiting for your own rude awakening (in which it will be too late) or you will choose the side of justice and light. Put your religious and racial differences aside, the time has come to put thought into action and be swift. God Speed.
