This reflexive lawsuit trend is taking the fun out of life. Yes, it's very sad this young man died in this manner, but tragedies happen. I agree with the attorney - just because you sign a "death waiver" doesnt mean they arent responsible. gross negligence surely - the drowning may have been prevented.

they did say he was brain dead though and had a contusion....
