Here are the facts:

1. The woman is 20 years old, making her an ADULT in the eyes of the law.

2. The boy she was hired to babysit was 14 years old, making him a CHILD in the eyes of the law.

This was still considered sexual assault because the boy was a CHILD aka JAILBAIT.

Again, the boy is FOURTEEN YEARS OLD, meaning he is NOT OF CONSENTUAL AGE! So in the eyes of the law, he is still considered a CHILD!! It does not even matter whether he said "Yes" or "No" because it is still considered as STATUTORY RAPE! PERIOD!!
