resisting arrest is a tough situation because the officer or officers have to make decisions based on experience and knowledge from the academy. i dont know if the current situation warrants it or not because that will be determined by IA but i do know that in those types of situations you get an incredible jolt of adrenaline and thats easy to transfer into the arrest. police officers have to remain as level headed as possible during arrests of these sorts.

What situation warrants a taser application? i mean i would have commented, they taser him but im not sure if its legal there to do it with a seemingly unarmed man. we dont have taser guns here in the Philippines as standard issue.
