Re: Violent Police Arrest
resisting arrest is a tough situation because the officer or officers have to make decisions based on experience and knowledge from the academy. i dont know if the current situation warrants it or not because that will be determined by IA but i do know that in those types of situations you get an incredible jolt of adrenaline and thats easy to transfer into the arrest. police officers have to remain as level headed as possible during arrests of these sorts. |

Re: Violent Police Arrest
I have NO problem with an officer using force when a subject is resisting arrest. Comply with the officer and you will be handcuffed and put in a car. You resist and fight back you get what you deserve.

Re: Violent Police Arrest
resist arrest and pay the price. even if you are wrongfully arrested just settle it in court and possibly get a payday.
