Man Beats Kid Up in an Elevator
On September 11, 2019, a man in Hefei, Anhui Province, beats a boy in the elevator He hit the boy's head 9 times in 5 seconds, and kicked the boy's abdomen. Community security said that everyone is very angry, the boy is not very serious injured, and they have not found the attacker yet but the police are still investigating. |
