choke holds have been illegal for a while when used by the cops. not saying the guy didn't need one but they aren't supposed to use them on account of a few people getting killed because of them.

i agreed with everything the cop was doing to the suspect up until he slammed his head onto the concrete floor. that could have lead to any number of medical conditions that the dept could have been responsible for. also dont law enforcement officers carry tasers, why werent they used in this situation?
