fk! This reminds me off the incident i had! Girls think they have the right to stand up to any guy because they believe they wont get hit. Two crack whores tried fighting me after i was heading home from a club, i knocked them both out and police found me and i got $1300 fine and a spent conviction, its a fucken joke.

Also this reeks of sexism. Had the two who jumped the counter been male and the low paying worker been female I have no doubt there would be no charges agaist the employee.

He should get away with it though " your honour I was in fear for my life so I ran to the back, they came after me and I had no choice but to use the first thing I could grab. When they were on the ground it appeared to me they were going into their pockets for what I beleived at the time to be a gun so I used what I regared as resonable force to prevent harm comming to my myself and the loyal Mc donnalds customers"

Actually he used exactly that defense and he is now free of charges. They dropped all charges against him.

Here is my view on this;

I find that places like mc'donalds let BULLY's be bully's. We ALWAYS see macdonalds staff treated like shit because it's classed as a shit job. Do you think those 2 people would have jumped over the counter at a gym full of big men? NO they wouldn't. They do it in a place like macdonalds because it is assumed to be ran by kids and pussys.... and in this case it backfired.
