Never mess with the Russian police. That video is a classic example of why American police have difficulty dealing with Russian bad guys. The Russian police/militia just smack the living crap outta the suspects first thing...that's just as an introduction. We're not allowed to do that (however much fun it might be) in America, so the Russian bad guys think you're a complete pussy because you don't automatically smak'em around first thing. Different cultures are such fun.
