I kept hoping the scraggly-old dude would surprise the preppy bastard with a haymaker to the gob. But alas, he was too old and withered to pull that off. Kind of makes one wonder what precipitated that fight. It doesn't take too much imagination to envision the old guy being the target of machoistic bullying by a group of drinking preppies. Maybe the old guy was panhandling to be able to buy his next drink/fix. Perhaps one of the preppies thought he'd be funny and say something rude to the old junkie to impress his mates. The old man probably still had some pride and told the kid to fuck off. Next, the alpha-preppy jumped up to further bully the junkie by "kicking his fucking old-ass like a boss" or something like that. I've seen that scenario happen several times, but I've yet to see where the older, weaker addict/junkie goes up and starts shit with a group of younger opponents who are on a drinking junket. Either way, shit like this is why I quit going to bars a long time ago.  |

Just cause he's a junkie/dope fiend now doesn't mean he wasn't a stone killer in his younger days. I've seen old tired assed junkies just like that guy pull out a blade a carve their initials into some smart ass macho dickhead for no other reason than they could.
