Seconds into the call, she began tracing the location of the woman’s cell phone " Ok, so I want to know why in this day and age, the fucking 911 system doesn't have something built in that automatically triangulates the location of the call. Because the percentage of calls where you can't give a location in the middle of being murdered, etc. has to be high enough to warrant not having to get an operator to initiate that action and ask a bunch of questions. I mean, if Google can pick up my exact location just from me not using my VPN and literally doing anything, then I don't see why the 911 systems across the nation aren't capable of immediately starting to pick up a general or exact location as soon as the call comes in. |
