The driver of that SUV should... a) be made to live a long time, but strapped to a chair unable to move b) have his eyelids and eyeball muscles removed so that he can't avert his eyes c) be forced to stare at the motorcyclist's mangled corpse while listening to the wails and cries of his loved ones. |
