Philippines, A Mitsubishi Adventure is seen overtaking on the left lane and immediately collides head on with a motorcycle rider.

The rider is brutally thrown off his motorcycle and is hurled into the air over the Adventure then falls flat on the concrete and lays still during the whole duration of the footage.

Some netizens commented that it was the driver of the Adventure’s fault noting that he was overtaking while on a blind curve.

Others questioned how the driver got his license when he clearly did the act on a road marked with a double yellow line which prohibits overtaking.

A certain Carlu Bueno who works at the Baguio General Hospital as a nurse was quoted by Santos as saying that the rider was still alive although he suffered an open arm fracture.
