I may go to hell for this, but I usually laugh at the ones that kind of make a cartwheel when they’re hit. I try not to, but I can’t help it. They’re all kind of stupid for crossing without being aware of the traffic, but the person I think is the dumbest is the one that runs out on a busy snow/ice covered street. Like the driver could stop on a dime if they really wanted to.  |

One thing that is always 100% your fault is if you get hit by a car while crossing the road. You can prevent it simply by looking for drivers that might not be paying attention. But the population of earth is littered with morons that blindly trust drivers.....and also vote Republican.

These crack me up. I don't give a shit about your "rights" as a pedestrian. If you're a dumb fuck that thinks your "rights" will physically protect you, remember this... Pedestrian vs car = car wins...99% of the time. |
