fake? wonder why someone would be filming a person walking down the street. Home security cams wouldn't track a person walking.

So maybe it’s a high tech cctv someone decided to buy. I came across a UK series of Nightmare Neighbors. Many of the neighbors would put up cctv, some had elaborate set ups. It doesn’t look fake to me. |
