I was watching a court trial, one of the experts spoke about the reasons why impaired drivers survive vehicale accidents is due to them being drunk. Something to do with the slowness/lack of response they have where someone not under the influence will tense their body’s up and...lol...I included this link because I can’t explain it the way the expert did!
