The front biker was lucky the bus was riding so low. It only pushed him instead of smearing him into a bloody pulp

What country was that? Infrastructure suggests developing nation or latin america. Maybe "Pare" is written on the street for the left turn. Bus and cars look pretty modern. No front plates, back plates possibly the long european kind. Cool weather for April. A lot of white folks stream out of the bus to give attention. |
