Now, had this happened in a wood somewhere, with any luck the bear may have stopped to take a shit, giving the moron time to escape and dine out on the story for years to come.

Unfortunatly the bear had carried out his bodily ablutions not 5 minutes prior to the bloody encounter with the moron, thus proving that even if bears do shit in the wood, don't hang around to confirm it.

He panicked and ran, and it cost him he's life, the bear initially wasn't concerned about him at all till he suddenly moved quick which you don't do around bears.

That was likely the best meal that bear has ever had while in captivity. Judging by how hard he refused to give up his meal, I'd say he had been plotting how to catch one of those two-legged snax for some time. Acted pretty hungry too.
