With the way the Cartel is getting their hands on M-16's and M-4's... we'd have to be VERY weary of our assault on them by our military.. Thanks to the "Black Market" (An organization likely funded and operated by World Governments)... Or we could just drop something they (probably) don't have... F16's and Nukes on their ignorant asses. Oh and let's not leave out Allah's little helpers in this.

The US government has approved arms sales of M-16's to Mexico, they have lots of them. THAT is the source of the M-16's in their hands. Mexicans desert the army in huge numbers because the cartels pay better and they are known to take their m-16s with them. The M-16's in US citizens hands are highly regulated by ATF and takes up to 6 month to transfer for a dealer or a person that owns one and they cost upwards of 20K each as there are very few that can legally be owned in the US. M-16's are not going to Mexico from Us citizens that are legal to own them.
