I'm inclined to agree with you. They seemed to try to keep her lady bits covered. Very decent of them, considering she was unconscious. Most of these vids are filled with creeps who make it a point to take advantage of females in her. Plus, there are some areas in some countries which suffer a lack of education, especially in things like CPR. So, yea, it's entirely plausible that they might not have known how to perfom CPR. |

They were trying to find a pulse in the back of her neck!! WTF, if she had some CPR she might have made it but just lying there, looking dignified wouldn't help at all. So sad.
