I wonder if he was partially paralyzed because he seems to have great trouble just rolling over. BTW, this is exactly how John Lennon died, worse even as he was shot 4 times. They said the bullet cut his aorta in half and gushed blood into his lungs and he just absolutely flooded the office where he fell with blood gushing out his mouth, his nose. It took the cops 5 minutes to get to him and 6 minutes to get him to the hospital, so look at this video which is only 3 minutes and the guy is pretty much dead at the end.
