I don't understand why no one tried
to help him. They just watched as he choked on his own blood. If someone had just rolled him on his side and cleared his airway, he might have lived. How do they all just stand there and watch him die? One Guy has pristine white shoes and not a speck of blood splats on them. How does this happen?

This would have taken more than rolling him on his side for him to live.. Toward the end of the video look at his neck. His trachea is deviated to the left which means his lungs, specifically his right lung, are collapsed and/or are filling up with air and blood.. It's called a tension pneumothorax. Rolling him on his side does dick. He needs to be intubated, bilateral chest tubes placed and major surgery

Quit making sense here...this is DR, the only place where everyone thinks a guy with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest could survive if rolled over on his side.

No, he was doomed. But he didn't have to drown on dry land either.

Point taken. But still. Just a little compassion shown in his last few mns on earth would have been good. He was 16

Uhh...yeah that's exactly all he had to do. Multiple gunshot wounds to the chest means he literally had holes through his lungs, which means he was going to drown in blood no matter which side he was on.
