Worker Dies After Putting His Head Under Printing Press
Piliyandala, Colombo, Sri Lanka A 27-year-old machine operator died after his head was fatally struck by a printing press at a private printing facility. The incident occurred when the employee, identified as Milinda M.W., was performing routine duties on the machinery. The printing press suffered a malfunction, and Milinda directed his head under the machine to find the fault. Without warning, the machine activated automatically, striking Milinda's head and causing fatal injuries. |

Mom & dad always made a point of reminding me never to put my head under a printing press. I blame his parents for failing in their duties.
